Stephanie is amazing! Thanks to her I found motivation to workout again after a hiatus due to the pandemic. Our sessions were outdoors and she wore a mask and face shield. She is knowledgeable, attentive and has a real passion for fitness and health, which is incredibly inspiring. She crafted a strengh training plan so I can achieve my goals of losing weight and becoming stronger. The workouts were fun and challenging. I can't wait to train with her again!

For years the 2 words "CrossFit" struck terror within me for several reasons and I avoided anything that came close to it!! But all that changed as of last week when I stepped into All Day Fitness (which isn't even really considered "CrossFit" anymore! )From start to finish every trainer & member was nothing but super friendly & encouraging and not rude & clique-y like some gyms can be. I'm really looking forward to getting stronger & making some new friends here! I came back to All Day last month after being away since mid-December due to my company moving from downtown area to Galleria area. I missed coming here so I had to make some minor adjustments to return to the fold. When I returned I was reminded why I absolutely love this CF. The coaches/staff are all wonderful and Susan made my homecoming so special that it felt like I never left. The coaches explain all the moves and make adjustments as needed for any mobility or other issues you may have.

I decided to avoid morning rush hour and go in early and get a workout before work. I had emailed a few gyms asking if I could drop in the day before. When I didn’t hear back, I messaged All Day Crossfit in a last ditch effort at 9pm and got a response within 20 minutes.
I came to the 6am class with JC and was immediately welcomed and introduced to the class. Everyone was very friendly and came to introduce themselves. The warm up was thorough and fun. The workout was good and fit into the hour well.
All Day Crossfit has nice showers as well and I wasn’t rushed to leave.

I met JC (Owner) about 5 weeks ago when I answered a add for a six week challenge. I wasn’t sure what to expect as I was very much out of shape and was always in and out of a ordinary gym never sticking with the idea of getting healthy. To my surprise this was different. The atmosphere that JC has created at All Day CrossFit is fantastic and is very different from anything I have ever experienced from other gyms. First off there is no macho ego attitudes here. I have been working out with Stephanie for 3 years now. Her workouts are innovative and always changing. She had lots of different exercises and she is works within my limitations. She is knowledgeable and always has health and body advice. Even after 3 years, I never get bored working out with Stephanie.

All Day Crossfit is far and away the best place I've ever been!! I recently visited another box while out of town and while it was fun, it can't even compare to the family/team atmosphere JC and his team provide. The coaches are intense, friendly, and very involved in every single person's successes. Not to mention everyone that attends the classes are friendly and never fail to introduce themselves and just have a chat with you. I've been training with Steph for over a year and I can say that she's one of the best trainers I've ever worked with. She really knows her stuff, and is able to explain the science behind the workout. Our sessions range from full blown strength training to HIIT endurance & conditioning that leaves you gasping for breaths in between sets, and everything in between. One thing I really like about her is that she closely observe you while you're working out to gauge your effort level, and how much to push you given how your body and mind are feeling that day. I love All Day Crossfit! I started there about 4 months ago with no crossfit experience after trying out another crossfit gym that didn't give me the instruction I was looking for on how to correctly do all the lifts. The coaches are great and you get a ton of personal attention and help. Nick is the head coach, and he does an awesome job of focusing on form and encouraging you to push yourself appropriately. The atmosphere is great and everyone is super friendly and welcoming.

Want to grab a beer after a workout? This is the gym for you. The members of this box are friendly, welcoming and enjoy having a good time. The programing is designed to push each athlete, no matter what level they are at the start. The class sizes are small, which allows for a lot of personal attention. The head coach Nick knows his stuff and provides a lot of advice to help you reach your goal. Needless to say, I won’t be going anywhere else.

Stephanie is an amazing trainer! She really understood my fitness goals (wedding preparation) and worked with me to workouts that supported those goals. My primary goal was to lose weight however working with Stephanie she helped me see that I could get stronger while losing weight. She provided just the right balance of pushing me to work harder with knowing when I was at my max. I look forward to my training session with Stephanie and highly recommend her!

I've been a part of the All Day family since the beginning (3+ years). I was a 24 Hour Fitness regular and attended their classes but grew tired of the routine and craved more variety. I also plateaued with my results and was only maintaining- not getting any better. Since joining, I'm leaner, exponentially stronger, faster and am doing things with my body that I never thought would be possible (I've never been considered athletic). The best part is getting to see coaches that care and people everyday that I have developed genuine friendships with.

Stephanie is a badass.
I've got a back injury, and she worked closely with me to craft a program to strengthen and improve my core muscles. She always took the time to explain which muscles I was supposed to be working and why it was helpful for my condition.
Oh and she's super cool too - ask her about Slayer!
