Chief's towing is well priced, dependable, efficient and has excellent customer service!! Ron towed my car and it was the fastest, most communicative tow service I have ever experienced. He was funny and clearly skilled and experienced. Cara and Chief are both so kind and helpful. I cannot recommend this place enough! I will be coming here for all of my car needs from now on! :D

I would definitely recommend this place to others. My mother and I were stuck at an intersection and the company had sent someone over within 15 minutes. A guy named Richey had helped us get out and brought us home. Both him and Chief were professional and made us comfortable, would definitely be doing business with them again.

Just used Chief Towing. Richie did an amazing job. Helped me out of a jamb on the side of the 528. Richie got there super quick and got me to the tire store right away so I could get back to my work day. 10 out of 10. Would highly recommend using Chief Towing

They let co-part take my truck from their lot. They did not call me so truck gets to co part and the idiot Fork lift operator punctures my Fuel tank on my Dodge 3500. Vechicles are not designed to be moved by these huge forklifts. The appraiser should of done the appraisal at the tow truck lot. Very upset Who knows what else co part did by their wreckless handling of vechicles. All I can say if you have a accident call you towing company and tell them do not release your vechicle without your permission. However this tow company did an excellent job at the crash scene. The experience that I had with the company was a great experience especially for my first time ever towing my car. The communication was on point and clear and the company came to tow my car on time and brought it to the place I needed my car to be in if you are looking for a towing company this should be your first choice and not your last.

Your driver that is towing a Nissan on the bed and a white Toyota on the wheel lift really needs to do better! No brake lights on the wheel lift vehicle and his amber lights on for no reason. Tow trucks running their amber lights in place of using break lights is pure laziness. This is a huge hazard especially in stop and go traffic on the turnpike. Also why the amber lights on in tow? This is why people are so complacent with amber lights and tow operators are dying left and right! Amber lights should only be activated while on the side of the road or when it is a wide/oversized load. You say

My Jeep was hit and towed. The tow people recommend Cheif and he offered 500 dollars off our deductible if we used his shop. Figured it was probably someone on hard times due to covid because he had so many good reviews. Well I was clearly wrong. He did terrible work on the things he did fix and just completely ignored somethings that needed to be fixed- like the tire that has chunks of it missing and cuts through it. Mind you this was a 1 year old Jeep Wrangler. ALSO this is after them having it for a month and a half and NEVER answering any calls or returning messages. They promised the car would
