This company left me on the side of the road waiting for 5 hours! They never called me once. I had to keep calling them and each time I was told 20 minutes. On my last phone call, she denied she even talked to me for the last 5 hours, even though I knew the woman's name and voice. I would put her name in this review but I'm not sure if it's legal. If it is, I will come back and update with names.
They are extremely incompetent. Save yourself a lot of hassle and stay away from this shady entity (I would not even call it a business or company).

My wife was stranded at 5am on the side of the road with a destroyed tire. With Chrysler Pacificas, they do not furnish a spare tire, only a kit to repair a tire. This tire was mangled. When we tried to submit a claim, the GEICO app was undergoing maintenance so it was very difficult to get anyone on the line. Roadside 247 was able to respond as quick as they could and got us to a place where it could be fixed. Her and I were both very stressed and they remained helpful and got the job done. I highly recommend them! Very professional!

My car wouldn't start, after calling 3 companies, Eddy arrived in 10 minutes, and it was 1 hour for other companies and they charge 6% for credit cards. Eddy charged via credit card. He fixed my car in 5 min and it worked. Great service and I highly recommend!!!! He saved my day and money so I didn't need to use towing.

Yamel (i hope I spelled that right) was super professional from the initial call to the arrival and pick up of my vehicle all the way thru the drop off. No damages occured to my vehicle during lift on flat bed or during removal. He was able to drop it exactly where I needed it. And all in a timely manner - which was AMAZING considering I'd been waiting for Another tow company for 2.5 hrs that never ONCE answered their phones after inital booking. I was stranded with a 4mon old at midnight and these guys came thru!!!

Walked out to a dead battery and was thinking I would have to get jumped off, and then have to worry about finding a battery. Called Roadside 247 and not only were they able to come quickly, but also for a lot less than I was thinking! They gave me a few options for battery replacement for my price range, and Eddy came out within an hour with a new battery and within an hour of him showing up, I was back on the road good as new. They’ll be my first call from now on! Awesome service and better employees!
