Meaning, no appointment is necessary, simply walk in and be seen by a board certified psychiatric provider/prescriber the same day! We provide comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and medication management treating patients of all ages, diagnoses, and have the ability to manage even the most complex conditions with the most advanced treatment modalities.
Our philosophy is to find a customized treatment plan for each patient utilizing the best and most up to date practice options tailored for you or loved ones. This includes the expertise of our experienced psychiatric team in the art of streamlined medication and therapy combination, which includes the least invasive option helping patients reach a point of "Eustasis."
We are always looking for amazing talent at our office. We are specifically hiring for nurses, medical billers, front office staff, back office staff/Care coordinators, therapists, advanced care providers, and psychiatrists. We are open to training new graduates and also finding talent that is inclusive and diverse.
We are now providing one of the most advanced FDA cleared treatments for depression including NeuroStar TMS Therapy. Depression doesn't wait. Our TMS Team is working diligently to provide a safe, sterile and welcoming environment for all of our current and new TMS Patients. We are helping to fill the gap for patients who need TMS treatment during this uncertain time.
FDA clearance and insurance coverage of Spravato (Esketamine) now allows this life-saving treatment to be accessible to patients that need it. Being able to provide relief to patients that are resistant to antidepressant medications. SPRAVATO nasal spray is a different kind of medication taken with an oral antidepressant for adults with treatment-resistant depression - a first in decades approved by the FDA.

All I can say is I can not believe that someone that is suppose to help children would put money before a 12 year old child that needs help. They are not there to help anyone, just there to pad there pockets. Try going there & telling them you only have half the money & will pay the rest when you get paid & you have an appointment because you child means everything to you but nothing to them unless you have money. Well not everyone who has mental health issues have money & shouldn’t be turned away just cause they can’t pay it all upfront. They turned my granddaughter away because her mom didn’t

The staff are very friendly and kind and have always listened well, but I keep having an issue where I have to wait over an hour to be seen. First time they somehow skipped me, I waited over an hour went to reception and the lady and the doctor apologized for the mistake, nbd. Second time at 45 minutes I asked at reception again and she said there was delays and I waited 1.5 hours, there have been other times where it’s around 45 minutes and I start getting anxious I was missed again, but just a long wait. As I write this my appointment was at 7:40, I was put in the doctor office around 7:55

I have been going to eustasis for a couple of years now, ive been put on over 30 medications. i have no problem with any of the nurses except one, unfortunately. This nurse had given me lithium telling me that i was in a hyper manic state, and that it would help. i suffer from bipolar one with psychotic features, this causes hallucinations. lithium made this worse for me, when i told her my hallucinations were worse she upped the dose. once i had taken the lithium i turned into a completely different person, very angry and agressive. she dimissed this and continued to up my dose until i got put

I’ll give Eustasis four stars because yes the doctors, nurses, and other staff are super friendly and knowledgeable, but the reviews talking about wait times are true. The first time I went I waited over an hour, the second time I went I waited an hour and a half, and I actually cancelled my last appointment because I didn’t want to wait for over an hour to just tell my doctor that I’m doing fine and don’t need anymore treatment. I really think that Eustasis has to get the wait times under control because you will lose patients that way, and get bad reviews. I won’t give a horrible review

I was a walk in new patient and got right in. The whole thing was in at 4:20 pm in a Monday and out in the parking lot by 6. Office was clean and everyone was professional. I saw provider Stephanie and she helped a lot. No one was rude not even the front desk. I needed to get my OCD under control and it was super hard for me to even walk in but they made sure I was taken care of. I read these bad reviews before I went and none of them are accurate. Go somewhere else. they took me off of a controlled medication that was actually helping because I had symptoms of Bipolar 1 (which I DON’T have, and they likely thought I was manic and looking for pills, even though my drug test came completely clean). they put me on two new mood stabilizers on a Friday, one of which I had a severe allergic reaction to but they were closed for the weekend so I had to tough it out. they don’t prioritize appointments, it takes at least an hour to get in. the chats in the app take several BUSINESS days to be responded to. I’m truly disappointed in the experience I had at Eustasis. The wait time, with an appointment by the way, was absolutely insane. Other patients were talking about how they had been there for 3 hours waiting, and had waited upwards of 4.5 hours their previous visits.
I understand the fact they “have staff shortages due to covid…” EVERYWHERE is facing that issue… but if you have a set appointment time that excuse just doesn’t work. If you don’t have the staff available, why would you book

Hello. I just wanted to say that I received excellent care from your facility. The app makes things super easy to check in, the nurse listened to all of my concerns(she is truly an asset to your team, and the Np I saw was awesome as well. The only complaint I have is how long it takes for medication to be processed, but I understand the process tho. The other concern was the lady who checks patients out and rescheduled my check up appointment, was rude. Besides that everything went amazing for me. I appreciate your services. Thank you.

Want to give a shout out to the providers and support staff at Eustasis who work day and night to serve Springfield community as these reviews can be very discouraging to all of you and they are unkind and mostly false. Just so you know- you’re all loved by the team and the patients - Megan in lab- who has never missed a day throughout the entire pandemic; Sheryl who is the machine up front who can do the job of 3; Miranda and Tambra who work tirelessly to oversee operations; Olga and Lara who care enough to ensure patients have great nursing care; Amy and Charles who work overtime every week
