MRP Plans, Inc. was founded in 1992 in Yardley, PA by Edward Snyder. Ed began his retirement planning and investment career in 1984 at another local pension administration firm in Pennsylvania; he now has 30+ years of experience. Since its inception, MRP has grown to service hundreds of plans and thousands of participants, mainly in the tri-state area.
MRP provides administrative services to retirement plans, and specializes in smaller plans. Our goal is to make qualified retirement plans beneficial for small businesses by providing cost-effective document, consulting, and administrative services.

MRP Plans, Inc. provides administrative services to retirement plans, and specializes in smaller plans. Our goal is to make qualified retirement plans beneficial for small businesses by providing cost-effective document, consulting, and administrative services. We are competitively priced against larger companies, such as payroll services, that do plan administration, but our level of service is far superior.
Clients: We partner with two companies - Colonial Surety and Naplia - to obtain fidelity bonds for our plans. Some general information about bonds and links to their websites follow. Qualified plans are required to obtain a fidelity bond in order to protect plan assets against losses due to actions of the people who handle plan assets or have other authority over the plan and its assets.
