A dental filling is an alternative way of restoring a decayed or damaged tooth to its original shape and function. Before a dentist can give you a filling, he or she is expected to remove the decayed tooth material, clean the affected area and fill it with a filling material. This filling does not just take care of your damaged or decayed tooth but also close-up places which may serve as a potential breeding site for bacteria.
A dental crown can be described as a tooth-shaped cap made of either porcelain (tooth colored), metal, or a combination of both. It is primarily used to cover the tooth to restore its shape, size, strength and improve its overall appearance. When dental crowns are cemented or bonded into place, they fully enclose the entire visible part of a tooth and stay in place.
Also known as "instant orthodontics, " dental porcelain veneers are thin pieces of porcelain which are used to recreate natural looking teeth. These porcelains provide strength and resilience to the natural tooth and are usually one of the primary tools used cosmetic dentistry. The use of these dental porcelain veneers can be applied to a wide range of patients.
I found Lawrenceville Healthy Smiles on Google and I can't help but say Thank you! They are amazing, super friendly staff, clean environment. They went out of their way to accommodate me last minute due to a huge amount of tooth pain I was having. I wish I could give them more than 5 stars! I don't usually leave reviews but for Lawrenceville Healthy Smiles it was a must!

I am a constant grinder and was in discomfort. I made an appointment to get it checked out and Dr. Nair recommended a night guard for me. Best decision I ever made! I can finally sleep again. I would highly recommend Dr. Nair and her team to everyone! Their staff overall are very knowledgeable and made me feel really comfortable.

Not a good dentists office. The dentists husbands is annoying and follows you around pressuring you to do reviews online on your first visit. He's very weird. The dental assistants are not that good and will train new people on you and they don't care about your well being. The dentist is okay but its easy to tell they are there to get your/insurance money so they can feed their pockets. *DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL. STAY AWAY*

We wanted to thank you for the phenomenal dental care Lawrenceville Healthy Smiles has provided. When Dr. Tadsen retired I must admit we were concerned! You’ve done an outstanding job filling big shoes and we appreciate the kind and passionate service you provide I've always been self--conscious over the amount of dental work incurred during my youth. You always make me feel positive about my teeth, oral health and encourage me to keep up the good work. I look forward to my appointments, fun conversations and TLC. Carrie should have a special name for her wondrous cleanings! Thanks again for

This is the most amazing dental practice I've ever been to. In years of existence on this planet I've been to dozens of dental offices and this one is amazing. I also have a feeling in probably every possible tooth in my mouth. The staff is so warm and has an amazing chair side manner. Cleanings no longer feel like a painful, dreadful prodding and picking. They are actually (in a strange way) comforting and something I look forward to. I know, sounds crazy but it's true.
If you get a chance check out these guys and leave with a smile!

Dr. Tadsen convinced me that I needed two fillings that I did not need. I have never had a cavity in my life before Dr. Tadsen told me that I needed work. He drilled in my mouth in "areas that might turn into cavities." This is not a thing. I've since had another dentist look in my mouth and tell me I was duped. I was charged $400 for unnecessary work. Also, Dr. Tadsen wore a Hawaiian shirt during my filling, which was super weird.

My family has been under his care for 20+ yrs. Dr. Tadsen is fantastic, and here's why:
- The office is spotless
- He has virtually no staff turnover
- He's a timely adopter of new technology
- He is a craftsman in his work
- He is always straight-up when it comes to what needs to be done and how soon. If work doesn't fit in your budget at the moment, he'll honestly tell you if it can wait, along with the risks.
- You can absolutely trust him.

We have been going to Dr. Wayne Tadsen for over seven years and have never had one issue. They are very personable and he maintains quality staff. It is nice having the same hygienist as they easily recall your family and medical history. In emergencies they quickly see you which is a rarity these days! The office location is convenient. He has done excellent referrals for myself and kids when in the need for oral surgery and/or wisdom teeth removals. The front office staff is cordial and billing is transparent with insurance. :)
