Just had a Bahama Shutter installed by Windward Shutters. They are thorough, professional, and "easy to do business with". Their pricing is competitive and they keep the customer informed about the status of their project from start to finish. Highly recommend Windward Shutters!

Windward has protected our entire home with hurricane shutters we had installed in three stages. The company, and its representative, Jill Jonason, were efficient, professional and expertly responsive. Highly recommend not to use Windward, pleasant experience from the first contact with their saleswoman Jill, the installer Joe and the GM Jose but after that it takes a nosedive. They are very professional and seem accommodating until you request they address issues prior to their departure of install. I was forced to call them out on the roll down because I had paid for the perforated skin so that I could see through it prior to it locking down and they gave me the less expensive solid. Windward Shutters was awesome all the way through the experience. They paid meticulous attention to detail and provided us an excellent set of shutters. The staff was very helpful from the initial consult, discussion of pricing, setting up the installation, the actual installation, and remaining available for follow-up questions. The aluminum shutters that they installed have low visibility on our house when not in use and I'm very happy with the product. If I remember to update this after the next hurricane, I'll post a picture of the house all shuttered. I certainly feel so much better prepared

We purchased shutters from Windward early this year. As hurricane Dorian approaches Myrtle Beach we put our shutters up today. All shutters fit perfectly and we had more than enough hardware to complete the installation. We feel confident that our home is protected and now we can focus on helping our neighbors. Windward does the job right and we’re very happy with our decision to purchase storm shutters from them.

We are thrilled with the install of UltraView shutters around our porch. We could be out here in a full storm if we wanted...and it blocks the hot afternoon sun and provides excellent privacy too. When they are open the view is great with the wide slats. It is like having another room in the house - amazing. Installation was efficient and overall process went very smooth from first contact through follow up check to make sure everything was as expected. It looks great and we are going to get a ton of use out of our porch now.

Jill and her staff provided excellent customer service. The order was delayed due to the hurricane, which was understandable, and Jill kept me updated on install dates. I was very pleased with the shutters and look forward to ordering more in the near future. I recommend this company with great confidence.
