I recently got a gum graft surgery done here, and I had nothing but great experience with Dr. Ghaderi and her staff. Scheduling and confirming appointment was incredibly easy. Her office took care of pulling insurance and getting x-rays and records from a referring dentist. I was able to get a consultation within days of the first inquiry. Having an option to communicate via text was plus. Actual consultation was very smooth. Dr. Ghaderi explained everything in detail without rushing. I felt comfortable and well-informed after the consultation. I scheduled for the surgery right away.

I never give reviews but I went there and the periodontist was extremely rude. The secretary made my second appointment 30 minutes before of the time I was informed that my appointment was so when I was on my way I got canceled because the secretary called me to ask me why I was not there and then I told her that my appointment was in 30 minutes and she told me that was not true. I waste valuable time since I waited weeks and the answer to make a new appointment was about how important was the periodontist and she did not have time for me. ALL BECAUSE I HAVE A VOMITINNG PROBLEM AND I COMPLAINED
