This is a great towing company that has a lot of vehicles for auction every couple months we bought a couple of vehicles and not all of them were perfect but most of them were and you always save money when you have the time to fix them we come from Corpus and we buy the vehicles and then we come back with towing dollies and pick up the units they always are very helpful and never had an issue with any of the paperwork or when asking for extra time or on certain dates that they usually don’t open so overall a great experience and would definitely buy from them next time five stars

First of all vehicle was towed because they didn't have their paperwork in order and up to date. They have really bad customer service. The girl didn't want to give her name, supervisor's name or info. Was very rude and didn't want to give any proof of payment. She also didn't know what she was doing. In the end she stated that she had only been working there for less than a month. If she had said that from the jump instead of acting like she had been there forever and sched like she knew what she was doing that works be understandable. AA Wrecker wrongfully towed my car, I have proof of parking registration. They towed at 3:30 am on a Sunday so customer service was not open until Monday and I was traveling. I could not get my car back without payment although they were in the wrong. They are now refusing to refund me. This is not the first time I have heard of them wrongfully towing. They do not respond to emails and don't even have a customer service phone number.

Unfortunately this is not the first time I've had a car towed from my parking spot by them. The previous time there was minor damage to my car's bumper. However this time my car was towed there was significant damage not only does it pull to one side while driving but it also makes an unusual sound and has difficulty accelerating.

First and foremost after my accident I was in severe pain. The lady told me that my mother couldn’t go with me to get my stuff from my car. Said it was because she’s not on my insurance. That’s actually not a thing and they just made it up. THEN when it was moved to the next place my dad was able to go get my belongings, my air pods were no where to be found. After I caused a scene it would not surprise me if the lady in the office took them. They are an awful company. Rude and also don’t follow law. My mother had every right to go with me to get my belongings.

This company STOLE my car from me. They are a fraudulent thieving business. I had my resident sticker on my windshield. I was parked within the lines as well. There was ZERO reason to tow my car when I had every piece of evidence that I was rightfully parked.
This theiving company towed my car. As a single mother I had to pay close to $300 and miss a day of work. They should not be in business as they are built 100% on fraud and theft.

This company is as unprofessional as they come. Not was my car wrongfully towed from my own apartments. The customer service rep was completely unhelpful and UNPROFESSIONAL! I spoke with agent 1545E not only hung up on me 3x explain why my car was towed, but some how couldn't provide actual proof. Stating it was only for their records??? When I asked to speak to the manager she gave excuses why her manager was unavailable. I pay for a reserved parking spot that is marked with “reserved” twice on it. When people park in my spot, I don’t understand how they miss the massive writing on the floor.
I call A&A wrecker and they got there under 30 minutes to remove the unauthorized truck.
They ask for proof of residence and purchase of reserved parking spot before they move forward with towing.

This was the WORST experience ever. Customer service was outrageously terrible. My boyfriends truck was towed from visitor parking on 9/27 with no proof that it was there illegally. We had the space reserved through 11:27pm that night & they still towed it claiming it "wasn't in visitor parking". This is not our first time, we know where to park & what to do to avoid getting towed, but apparently that didn't matter. If I could rate lower than 1 star I would absolutely do it. This company illegally towed my car 8/27 & refused to answer any questions over the phone or in person until I paid them $310. Once I paid they provided basic information in small print on the receipt about taking them to court. The receipt listed it as I was parked on a street I could not park on, I confirmed with the HOA that this was a public not private road and that they only had authorized them to tow on the private side of the subdivision. On 9/7 they towed another one of my vehicles parked on the same public road & refused to answer

Not going to lie if it wasn't for them taking my car they would have gotten 5 stars. I mean the two ladies had such a great attitude and were very respectful. But to be towed at 651 and find out by 712 and then get my car back within 30 minutes to pay a storage fee is a bit much and they are more expensive than most tow lots. But they were patient with my attitude and to work in such a hated profession kudos 👏

Although towing is never a good experience this company is by far the absolute worst! The girl on the phone hung up in my face without be being rude because I called to ask her why someone wasn't present after I gave an hour's notice. I took off of work AND waited outside for over 45 minutes in the sun on someone to show up. All of this is on top of my parking permit indeed being in my car once I retrieved it. My experience was so bad I reported them to TDLR and definitely recommend everyone that has service half as bad as mine to do the same. Horrible! I wish I could give negative stars

Worst experience in my life, I understand that you tow the vehicle due to the fact that it didn't had a sticker. But, did you even run the plates? That's not even the worst part, the person answering the phone is so rude that she just hangs up the phone when she feels like it. They make you call an hour before you come in and if you're late they make you wait another hour. I never seen anything like this, waste of $230 dollars. Absolutely horrible. They don't answer their phones unless you call multiple times, the b i t c h on the phone was exactly that after she hung up after saying "it's not that complicated" after I asked a simple question, and they charged OUTRAGEOUSLY at $229 even though I live and had a right to be where I parked! It's a car rental so I forgot to display the permit that night and it's been there every night for like a month! This is horrible. I'm barely scraping by on two jobs and now I can't even afford to pay rent or anything. This company is wack!

My vehicle was towed from my apartment community for obstructing a motorized vehicle from exciting a parking space. I parked in front of a motorcycle (not mine) that has not moved in months. I discovered my vehicle was missing as I was walking out to get tested for COVID after being exposed, my sister in the hospital and coughing blood! Been sitting here for over an HOUR, it's important for YOU to be on time for your pickup, but they don't need to be. Moving into our new apartment and just received our parking pass. Was going out to put it on the car and they had towed it from our inclosed garage. Didn't run the license plate or anything just took the car. We brought our parking permit and explained the situation and they hiked the base charge of $150 to $230. The attendant was either stoned or just woke
We will be getting together with our condos board to vote on a new towing company that double checks license plates.
Update: the complex had to pay the $230 because these dinguses clearly made a mistake. Don't trust them!

My apartment complex changed to A&A and within a month, my vehicle got towed in my own residence parking lot due to an expired registration sticker. So now in addition to replacing the fuel emissions sensor and getting it to pass inspection, I have to pay another $300 because it got towed from my own home. This is wildly unacceptable. To other property owners and residential complexes: Do NOT hire this towing company unless you want to enrage your tenants

Charges ridiculous rates. My car was towed less than 2 miles away, and it cost $298 to get out. I had a friend get towed from downtown recently and it was half that price. They try to claim it's because they're located in Travis County, but so was the other place and they don't charge that absurd maximum amount.

Filing a complaint with the TDLR against these crooks. "Customer service" person who wouldn't give me her name hung up on me several times while I tried to gather information about my illegal and unauthorized tow. They tack on extra fees such as the "storage fee" and "impoundment fee". My car was on their lot for about 10 minutes and I was charged $20 for a full day of storage. The impoundment fee can only be added if they perform certain services, which they did not.

A&A was dispatched to tow our RV by Good Sam Roadside Assistance, we were not a parking violation tow customer.
A&A dispatched a medium duty International 4700 that was able to tow us with ease. The driver (Angel) was polite, very professional and highly skilled. The shop we were at left the RV inoperable and had the RV parallel parked between a closed garage and car but this did not prevent the driver from getting the RV started from under the hood and pulling it around to get it on his tow truck. He was careful to disconnect the driveshaft and return all parts needed to us for reconnection
