I called a few hours ago to only be sent to voicemail. I then looked at y'all's reviews and noticed that it has happened to another person. I did get in contact with another company and they had answered while actually working on another car. To proclaim y'all are the best shouldn't y'all have at least answered to let me know y'all were booked?

I called 3 times in a row. The first time it rang until going to voicemail both times after that they declined my call. Y'all don't deserve to be called the "best" if you can't even pick up the phone.... And don't reply and say it wasn't y'all like every previous negative comment. I know who I called... And I got my friend to also call. It was also declined!!

Really impressed! The people over the phone were great and the person who came to change my tire was fast and professional. The price was very reasonable and I have zero complaints. I locked my keys in my car at Kroger and no sooner did he get me in did I realize my battery was dead. The guy was prepared and able to jump start my car and get me on my way. I highly recommend this company and I will use again if ever in need.

I called them up when my car battery died and I needed a jump to get to work. They said it would take 30 minutes to get to me and that they were on their way but they never arrived. I tried to call them 4 times over the next 2 hours and I was ignored each time. I wasted my time waiting for nothing, would not recommend.
