For as much as I spent on these villas..approximately $3600 each unit... I was really surprised by the lack of response I received about our dryer not working in either unit. We arrived in on a Thursday and realized on Friday it was not working. They came and "fixed" it on Wednesday(we were leaving on that Thursday. Went to use it that Wednesday and it still wasn't fixed. We were unable to wash bath towels or beach towels the entire time we were there. One of the main reasons we picked these villas. No compensation at all and Ola properties was very unresponsive the first couple

So you pay premium prices but you will sleep on a bed that has 100 count thread bed linens and pillows that feel like you are sleeping on popcorn peanuts that are used to ship freight with. Not to mention to try to cook when you have one pan and one skillet. The most absolute disappointment ever! Ola management challenge me on this and I will share pics. FYI THIS IS UNIT 305!!

Sorry it was Jed we were working with. I have re-thought my position as you suggested. You advised me to re think my position after we spoke about how unprofessional you are and the company you represent. I shared with you and your corp coming in to this event this was a venture not leisure. I was told by you that I had a 3 day window to move my team to Honolulu due to safe travels Hawaii due to covid not hitting that window. I simply asked for one day reimbursement for the one day that we were promised to be refunded if we didn't make it due to covid test travel. Well we were one day late and

My daughter and her family who live and work in Boston were able to enjoy a wonderful summer with me in Hawaii. This was due to the excellent office space that this lovely, well furnished and delightfully decorated condo provided . WiFi service was very reliable and she never missed a day of work. Many workers were unaware she was in Hawaii as internet service was seamless. I highly recommend this condo to anyone who is able to work from home or to anyone who is just looking for a comfortable vacation. The accommodations lack nothing. Just bring your bathing suit!!

Terrible service and a waste of time. I have credit score near 700 and I wasn't rented a condo because I had a (disputed) collection fee of $68 from 6 years ago. I had rented in same complex for a year with perfect credit and previously at another property for 6 years with immaculate home care and payments.
We have incredible debt to income ratio and a healthy savings... didn't matter...

We booked two units through Ola properties. They provided plenty of information, answered email questions and gave us phone numbers to cal on arrival. We were also able to check in early. Emily was great about calling a few days before our arrival to confirm details. It was very nice to have the peace of mind of real live people contacting and confirming. Recommended.

Ola Properties manage our vacation rental unit in Ko Olina. The most important thing for the rental unit owners is that the unit is rented out consistently. Ola Properties have done a great job of keeping our unit rented continuously. They are also very good at taking care of any maintenance issues promptly. Everyone I have worked is amazing. Larry took beautiful photos of our unit. Debi works hard at keeping the unit rented. Jennise keeps me informed of all maintenance issues and is very responsive. Ashley in accounting is my hero. We have been working with Ola Properties a little under 4 years. Mary Konig is an extremely thorough and reliable property manager. Quickly responds to emails and calls and always in good spirits. We had met with about 4 other managers at different companies before meeting Mary and once we had our meeting we knew she was the perfect one. I am once again glad to have had her on our side during our home owning experience. Would highly recommend to anyone. Professionalism, charismatic, kindness and by the book. There is a huge construction going on at the building and the construction manager told me its going to last at least a year!! I was never informed of this construction. With my little ones running on the beach and construction tools and live wired lying around was a scary situation. We did not enjoy our stay at all! PLEASE DONT BOOK THIS! at least not for another year!!!
I was very disappointed with the property manager's response as well (or lack or response). Ola properties dont care about their customers at all! Very poor service and I am very disappointed with the overall experience

I was planning a destination wedding and needed a place for my family and family-in-law to stay in. We knew we wanted to stay in Ko Olina, but needed an actual townhouse to rent. From a Google search, I found that Ola Properties had a nice online listing of all their rental properties online, this made things much easier than bouncing different addresses off through the phone. Furthermore, they show actual pictures of each of their rental homes online, so you can see how the interior is furnished (trust me, this makes a BIG difference!).
