Bill Ball is rude just like his daughter Jennifer Ball. Do not pick Bill Ball as an agent please pick someone else because he is not it! His team is unprofessional and rude and very smart and sassy on the phone. Old man go out of business!

I've been working with Bill Ball and his associates, Jennifer and Dawn, since I first started driving. They've always been extremely helpful, and it was a very cool full circle moment buying my first car. I called them the day after the car arrived, and they were able to quickly get my paperwork together, so I could quickly enjoy the new car. Jennifer initially helped with the consultation after I put the deposit down. Bill, her father, got my package prepared once the car arrived, and Dawn completed putting it together. I appreciate Dawn tremendously for taking the time to listen as I was explaining
