It took 3 months for my claim to resolved was rear ended to which I wasn't at fault was at a traffic light suffered back pain was on pain killers for a couple months in December 2019 finally last week April 2020 we finally proceeding and now they’re telling me they could offer me $100. Are you kidding me they can't be serious....

MAIF is a joke of an insurance company. Very unhelpful when dealing with claims. And rude. My claim representative, Kristin Smith, would rarely return my calls and when she did she was rude and argumentative. Not what you want from someone that is supposed to be assisting you. I left several messages for the supervisor which were never returned as well. It’s truly a shame that MAIF is in business. Unacceptable standards.
