I took my kid's bmw car there apparently they do other repairs, custom accessories, lights etc. in this case was a damaged fog light & bumper mid. lip & paint half of bumper.. all parts supposed to be OEM even written on work order & invoice.. TOTAL fiasco 15 days car was in their shop really? at end they use after market fog light & bumper color blue paint repair awful.. paint was on other black parts of the car that didn't need painted.. That was found & written by a Carmax appraiser same day we finally got the car back.. I'm still waiting for a call back &

I'm in complete disbelief as to what really occurred during my interaction with the owner. I inquired about window tinting post on Facebook and was informed that the total would be $170 although it's listed at $129. Upon my arrival, I realized that I previously worked with this business many years ago. I vaguely remembered my interaction and had a weary feeling but I still proceeded. Took my truck in today, drivers side has 3 scratches in the tint. Passenger side has a bunch of water pockets. Also, they quoted me 85 over the phone. When I got in, they charged me 95. Not going to claim it either, because if they have to redo the tint, most likely they're going to scratch the paint or some kinda of retaliation on my truck.

And paid for all window tint with same day delivery approx 6 hr wait time. Dropped car off at 1:30... I Called at 8 pm and Tim said it was still being worked on. Called again at 11pm and still not completed.
Re-negotiated completion time for Wednesday. I Returned on Thursday to pick car up and was surprised only two side windows were completed, and no one around getting the rest done.
Bottom line, I wasted time and money (had to
Uber) because of multiple false completion times.
Completely unprofessional.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I contacted this shop about doing my tint on my car. Gave them the year and model of my car and asked was the deal of $100 they had going available for my car. They responded with (yes) and to call them. I called and Avalon Timothy set me up a appointment later into the day. So everything is good so far at least I thought. Then I drive 30 miles to my appointment and he walks out and triples the price of what his add and himself said he would do it for. Now he is telling me he won't do it for no less then $280. I told him that it wasn't what he told me

Took my 2009 Honda CR-V in yesterday and although they are a busy shop (for a good reason), they squeezed me in. And what a difference the tint made... looks like a new car.
FANTASTIC job, great customer service, excellent quality film, great prices, AND they're open late till 8pm. Almost went with another National City place but they close earlier and were MUCH more expensive. SO glad I found Street Dreams. This is just what you're looking for!
Also, has a waiting room with tv.

I called in for a quote and Tim took my call and was very helpful,I loved the customer service I received the moment I got there. I was informed of everything what I was getting and what were my options very reasonable pricing I got an awesome deal I left very very happy and I was attended right away! It took them 2 hours but the work spoke for itself worth the wait! I recommend appointments I was just lucky to be their last customer they choose to stay just for my car I'm very greatful with the team that works here. Got referred from a friend and I texted Bryce and he set up an appointment that accommodated with both of our schedules. He was very friendly and made great conversation. Another individual (Felipe?) helped as well. Bryce seemed like a genuinely good person, explained all the different kinds of tints to my boyfriend and I and did a very quick and great job. I called this shop a day after purchasing a tint package from Groupon for our brand new 2016 Honda Accord Sport and Bryce educated me about what they offer and I immediately called Groupon and refunded my payment. Showed up the following day for my appointment and they took care of us right away. He educated us about what most people would like to have in their cars' windows and what is supposed to be the allowable shade in the state of California. We stayed in their waiting room and watched the movie Face Off while they work on our car. They finished before our movie ended. My wife is happy
