I had 4 teeth removed that were broken off below the gum surface. This could have been a gruesome surgery if it was not for the talented hands of Dr. Petros Panagos.
The entire staff of the Garden City facility are very professional and friendly.
The IV sedation was excellent so I want to also thank the anesthesiologist.
The overall impression as a fist time customer is nothing less than EXELLENT!
There was no discomfort or pain after the surgery and I was able to get back to my normal routine quickly.
They have adequate parking also.

Went there on advice from my dentist to get 2 teeth pulled and options for teeth replacements. The MD was very rushed. Seemed like he was too busy to answer any questions I had about what comes next. I had to ask him twice to slow down and answer my questions. If you pay by credit card they will charge you a 3% fee. They did not inform me of all the other things they were going to charge me for ahead of time. Cost me over $ 550 to pull 2 teeth. Not going back. They seem to be only interested in taking your money and kicking you out the door.

My son got his 4 wisdom teeth removed in this office. It was unexpectedly very expensive. I cannot stress enough that you need to really stick to your guns and **get all costs up front**. Even if the office cannot give an exact amount, get the billing schedule for the various procedures. Then, compare it with your insurance rates. You'll see immediately if there is something out of whack.
Dr. Rastagar's office staff told us and reconfirmed that they were in-network on our dental insurance (Metlife). They did give us a worst case cost scenario - which was going to be very unlikely for my son's

I had my tooth extracted today and was extremely nervous. I was greeted by an Angel named Jodi. She has such a warm, funny, compassionate and professional disposition. I totally forgot why I was there. They are very lucky to have her. Dr Panagos was so friendly and professional. He put me at ease as soon as he walked in. He has a true passion for what he does and I would never go anywhere else. Thank you for turning a scary experience into a pleasant one. You guys are the best even the girls at the front desk. Very warm and friendly. ❤

Jennifer from their office needs to learn how to speak with clients. Their office staff is horrible when it comes to billing questions. My son has autism and we asked for him to see the same dentist he previously worked with but unfortunately, that wasn't the case. They gave him the same doctor he had a consultation with and not the one who actually did the previously work. This new dentist did not have enough patience with him to actually perform the work but wants us to pay for his time and equipment used.

Monday I had an emergency abscess& thankfully I was referred to this practice.I am in veterinary care and am aware of high standards as the Animal Hospital I work for expects from the staff. The staff here was exceptional! I got a quick appointment the front desk was efficient friendly . Dr Panagos was quick, professional explained everything really cared. This assistant Liz was patient comforting and thorough in her after care instructions . Excellent team especially in this uncertain and stress filled time.. Kudos and my gratitude. Highly recommend !

The place is friendly the receptionists are kind and helpful. The dentists who did my extraction was very friendly and frank the lady who took my x-rays was funny and kind. I don't like going to dentists offices because had bad experiences in the past but this place was good. Went a long way towards changing my bias.
