Placed an online order for 2 wraps and 1 sandwich. arrived 15 minutes after estimated time of pick up and they hadn't even started my order. sandwich was a Cali chicken club. the bacon was almost raw, there was no avocado on the sandwich and it was on the wrong bread. no masks, no gloves. while bagging another order they actually dropped a paper wrapped sandwich on the floor then picked it up and put it in the bag anyways. maybe just a bad day for them but not sure im willing to try again. 😒

I work within walking distance of Tropic Chill Deli and I tried it for the first time about 2 weeks ago. I got the thanksgiving leftover sandwich, which was easily a 8/10. Big portions (even the half sandwich orders), all fresh ingredients, always ready on time, and the staff is nice- especially the younger woman who works at the counter (I don't know her name!!). But the best part??? THEIR PRICES! So so so reasonable and such a great value considering the freshness of the food and the sizes. I've also tried their chili cheese dog which was a SOLID 10! Unfortunately- probably not going to order from here for awhile. Ordered for co workers and I. One person was wearing a mask in the restaurant. The food has always been great and so have the employees when we stop in for to-go orders for lunch. However, would prefer to walk in to a food establishment during these times to employees wearing masks when their in their small kitchen. Cashier happen to cut her finger and didn’t realize it until after she touched the to-go bag and was counting out change for me. Probably closer to 3 stars, but there was nothing offensive about this experience, but nothing great either. It's an average place ... nothing more, nothing less ... but 3 stars and the little 'yellow' color seems a bit harsh. I usually come here 3-4 times per year on business because it's next to the hotel I usually stay at and open fairly early for breakfast.
No frills here ... at all ... but the prices are low and the owners/workers are friendly and hard working. There are a few tables outside and a few inside ... not a big place at all and little industrial feeling inside

This little deli has been around Naples for many years and it is a good spot to get a generous-sized sandwich to take out for lunch. On this particular visit, I ordered the tuna melt on rye. It took a bit longer for them to prepare the sandwich than it probably should have taken, given the fact that only a few tables were occupied and few others were waiting for takeout. I didn't order any sides because the sandwiches are large. The tuna melt was good, though the rye bread was a bit soggy by the time I got to enjoy the sandwich 15 minutes after picking it up. The choices are plentiful

There I said it, and I don't regret it. This was a complete whim of a stop on the road from Naples to Fort Myers in the hunt for a lunch that would satiate our tummies for a long day of doing nothing - boy did this place deliver. There's just about any sandwich your heart could ever desire, and they don't mess around at Tropic Chill. Everything from the bread to the condiments and the mountains of meat (droool) are fresh and delicious.

So last Wednesday I ordered breakfast it was great.The pancakes were fluffy and really good like homemade.I also ordered a coffee.This was just after hurricane Irma hit us.We were under a boil water notice i totally forgot about.It was delivered.I started eating this Awesome breakfast and thought were is my coffee.Then i remembered the boil water and that they probably weren't serving coffee.I ordered via yelp app and hadn't spoken to anyone.The like 5 min later the cute delivery girl came back with a hot coffee wrapped in yi foil.She had forgotten to give it to me.

The food is very good. The pesto chicken sandwich was very ordinary but good. The restaurant was filthy. The Togo plastic wear has dust and dirt in the container. The overall lack of cleanliness worries me. Does the kitchen look that way too? Sure, they were busy with Togo orders but the ambiance was phones ringing and a mans voice talking about something. The sandwiches did not come with a side. Overall I paid $23.00 for two sandwiches and two cans of soda. I say, either clean it up or lower your prices.

Want to grab a sandwich for a day at the beach? Grabbing something to eat on your lunch break? Tropic Chill is the place. I came in for a Rueben and they did not disappoint. My sandwich was piled high with corned beef and topped off with Swiss cheese, sauerkraut and thousand island. There was no need for fries or chips the sandwich was huge. They also do delivery. As I was eating I watched them prepare and leave with dozens of meals at lunchtime. If your down on the beach they will even deliver to you! Now that is service.

This place has been here for 20 something years. The new manager, has been here for 7. They are known for their sandwiches but we came today for their 4.99 breakfast. The menu caught our eye on this sunny Friday and we had to do two U-Turns because they ate right off a busy road and the parking threw me through a loop. Once we sat down, and settled in, the age in the place showed. There were nicks in the tables. The bathroom was a bit dirty and the grill reeked of repeated use. BUT that smell was inviting and ultimately, when the food came, the age showed. Being seasoned in cooking always shows

We stopped here on the way to the Naples Botanical Gardens for a quick lunch after finding this spot on Yelp. Very glad we did. All 6 of us got different sandwiches/meals and all were great. I got the egg salad and it was very fresh and tasty. The bread was also fresh and NY "style" rye. The wraps and panini's were also large and stuffed with meats. The prices were very reasonable. I would absolutely stop back here again.
