Ordered from here through doordash to try for the first time. I had read some negative reviews about the new management but I’m generally not picky and find any kind of Italian food tasty. This was not the case here. The chicken was rubbery, the sauces were bland, the rolls were stale cafeteria rolls, and the kicker was the garlic butter. I think it was previously frozen because it was mealy and oily and quite literally disgusting. The taste stayed in my mouth and ruined my appetite. The side caesar salads weren’t bad but you can’t really screw those up too much.

I called in a Togo order at 6:32 and got to the restaurant just as they were bagging it up, sat there for an hour and fifteen minutes watching food sit in the bag because they could not take my payment Cash or card, then after waiting at 800 they charged me full price and handed me the bag. Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever had, as someone in the customer service industry I would have at minimum offered to remake food or offered discount of any kind. Extremely dissatisfied.

Wait staff was polite and accommodating, place was clean, atmosphere was friendly and comfortable. Deluxe pizza was overflowing with tasty toppings. Crust was crunchy outside, chewy inside, nice flavor, thickness just right and held together well. Mushrooms were fresh. Meat pizza was balanced. Italian sausage slices on pizza were a pleasant surprise. Windows in kitchen as you enter restaurant so you can see them making the food! A very enjoyable experience! Enjoying leftovers today that reheated well and still flavorful.

A friend recommended this place, telling me this is one of the best spots -authentic and same family owned for many years. When we arrived, we immediately noticed a "Under new management" sign and got nervous. However, the options we chose (Seafood Fetuccine in the photo) was absolutely delicious! I did add a bit of salt to my liking but I was pleasantly surpised. The rolls were warm and tasty and the soups were great as well. We would go back to try more items off the menu!

What has happened to my favorite Italian experience? It has been for me and my husband in the past years a wonderful Restaurant and one of my "go to" places for consistently good food. My husband and I invited our dinner group to Frankies last night and new we were in trouble from the very beginning. The wine list was so limited and only the most expensive glasses were available. No purchase of bottled wine was available. No house wine was available. This is not a reflection on the staff but on the OWNER. The area around the building was dirty. The inside needed attention. We stopped at Frankie's on our way back from 6 Flags. We had never heard of it before, as we are not from the area. Wow! We were so pleasantly surprised! We were greeted and welcomed in immediately and seated in Duran's section. She was awesome! Every suggestion was spot in and the service was perfect! I recommend this place to anyone that wants GREAT Italian food and ***GREAT*** service! Thanks for a great experience!

Honestly, I am quite thrilled to leave a review about my dining experience at Frankie's. This little nook of place is definitely going be my new Italian place to eat. The waiter and hostes was welcoming and the kitchen look like it was kept together by staff. I really enjoyed the salad and my dish was on point.
