Dr. Scott is an excellent Dentist. Tooth extractions healed. I felt no pain whatsoever. I had 11 teeth extracted and some were impacted in my gums. I am very impressed with Kreit Dental for my Dentures and Partial. All I ever wanted was to have a beautiful smile again. I just love the Employees who are very courteous. Also the price was affordable as well. My teeth are just how I expected them to look. Great work. Thanks to Kreit Dental. I would refer anyone to the best of my ability. Also I travelled from Houston to Livingston which is a little over an hour ride for every visit

I was in and out and Tiffany built a new temporary for my tooth. I was in the chair about five minutes tops. I am very satisfied with my visit , unlike my previous visit, i waited three hours to get treated for the making of a crown, after an hour i left and had to go back because the temporary was way to big. They made some changes and i left. The crown came off before i even got home. Tiffany made a new one today and i haven't had any problems at all with it. She deserves a pat on the back or a raise

My appointment was scheduled at 10:00am, and even though I arrived ahead of time (around 9:45) I was not called back for my teeth cleaning until 1:00 pm. After my cleaning I was not even seen by an actual dentist even though I told the x-ray tech that I was having issues with one of my teeth. I had to request that a dentist examine me, who I didn't see until 2:00 pm. After she did my exam, she found issues with my teeth that would have been found if anybody would have taken the time to look at my x-rays and pics taken at the office. Apparently they were triple booked that day, but this practice

The staff was super nice and so was the doctor . He made me feel really comfortable having me listening to music that make me calm and not so nervous . He had patience with me at times when I felt pain and… calmed me down . The dental assistant even let me hold her hand to help with my nervousness such a great place with great people I couldnt thank them enough for giving me my smile back (:

They refused to allow my service dog to come inside with me. She is protected under federal law. And my documents state DO NOT SEPARATE ANIMAL FROM HANDLER. I already have anxiety when it comes to a dentist. And now my anxiety is up so high I can barely breathe. I used to recommended this clinic to anyone who needed a dentist . Now I wouldn’t recommend it to my worst enemy😡🤬👎🏻...❤️🐶

I sent a message to this office. But the worse partial I’ve ever seen!! I worked in a dental office for 10 years and have seen many many partials The Teeth on partial didn’t at all meet my teeth! Their answer was you need a re-line and a get a bigger tooth put in! Last time they worked on it they loosen bracket on the partial and left a sharp metal point on it which cut my gum! I give up on them, And I will take it somewhere else and let a caring staff look at it! Probably no repairing it!Also I have a $40. Credit I want returned.

This is the first time that I have been treated poorly at the Kreit dental. A yr and a half ago I was told by a doctor there that I needed a deep cleaning, was told my insurance would not cover it and that I needed to go with a different insurance company, so I did. For the ones that don't know you can't just cancel your insurance at any time. So I got the new insurance which cost me more than the current one, there was a clause you had to keep it for over a yr for it to cover major things. So I paid both insurances for 6 months and now this d bag doctor would not even do a deep cleaning

Horrible experience. My wife got so scared that she walked out prior to the procedure after being left in a chair sedated. They didn't even realize she was gone for over an hour. Should check how many of the doctors have disciplinary action against them by the state. Don't even know how this hack still has a license. Also, how can you sedate someone prior to them being seen by a doctor? Violation of standard of care much? Run from this place as fast as possible.

First, I'd like to say I drove an hour and half, because of a recommendation. Never again will I come back. This is the second time I came for a crown to be placed because they broke the first one. Now, coming back for another setting and I have to wait nearly two hours from appt time to be seen. Please don't come here. The staff lies, the wait is long, and I hear from other customers the same complaint. They don't value your time. Stay away!

They have the worst scheduling system. None of the young women in X-ray treated me like I had leprosy. None of them front desk has any knowledge about making appointments. I was only scheduled for a cleaning did not need a consultation and they didn't seem to know what I was there fore as they asked me several times. Unfortunately I think his clinic is only after the monies they can bleed out of insurance or Medicaid etc. no one should have to wait hours for a cleaning or any work for that matter. DO NOT GO THERE

Went with a family member. They have horrible customer service. The staff seems to be pissed off. Arrived an hour before appt time but was not seen until 3 hours after appt time. You will pay before you have work done, that's how they keep you waiting. They discuss xrays and procedures through the office window in front of the whole waiting room. And they give you mystery pills to take through the window and you'll sit there afterwards for hours.

They have no respect for a persons time. My appt was at 1, and finally left the office at 4:30. Waited an hour to be called back to pay for services that hadn't even been performed yet. Was told that 'they just back from lunch so it will be a minute'. You shouldn't schedule appts if no one is there to help you! Waited another hour and was told I was next, then after 3 more people get called back it was finally my turn. Was led to the dentists chair to be told it would be a minute and the doctor would be back. Another 30 minutes passed before he came to introduce himself and
