Talk about amazing! Just moved here not too long ago and I am having cosmetic surgery next month… I was in desperate need to find a primary care physician who was not only nice but I also knew exactly what they were doing! This facility went over and above with expectations! I had paperwork that needed to be filled out and the doctor filled it out right when I was there! I needed a EKG and a physical and they got me in and out in record time! The ladies at the front desk were very sweet and easy to chat with. The nurse practitioner was phenomenal! I felt a bit rushed when I went in for a physical and one of the front desk receptionist was extremely rude and unpleasant. She called a patient lazy in front of another patient (me) after she hung up the phone with her, which I thought was very unprofessional. Also, no one notified me that my insurance didn’t cover my visit so once I was about to walk out the door, they stopped me and said I needed to pay without further explanation. Very unprofessional. Everyone needs a refresher course on customer service skills.
