In the spring of 2017, we moved into our very own building at 605 Rice Street East (formerly the Unitarian Universalist Church of Minnetonka) in downtown Wayzata. Since moving in we have completed several minor interior renovations, added central air conditioning, and converted the sanctuary space into our very own theater with staging, seating, sound, and lights.
Please bring a bag lunch. Further communication and instructions will be coming to you via email at some point in the next week. Blue Water Theatre Company is excited to announce auditions for our upcoming production of Disney's The Little Mermaid JR! In a magical underwater kingdom, the beautiful young mermaid, Ariel, longs to leave her ocean home - and her fins - behind and live in the world above.

I heard of this theater but until a month ago had not gone yet and OMG am I glad I did !!! Excellent, excellent and excellent !! I saw “Les Mis”yesterday and the acting and singing were awesome ! Why pay the huge prices at the Orpheum when you can’t see anyway, enjoyed the show immensely (top quality) can’t wait to go back ! Great job to all !!

Small-scale production that was overflowing with student talent. We saw Urinetown and will be coming right back very soon. It's a rare opportunity for 12-18 year olds to get to perform in big-name musicals and plays, and its executed perfectly. Special shout-out to the pit orchestra (even if they're paid) (keep paying them).
