Had to call the cops on a drunken violent tenant (that spat at me) that has been living there for awhile. I spoke w the manager and she refuses to acknowledge it. I got ganged up on by "renters" and they told me to leave Ocean Beach, meanwhile I pay taxes too; so I can travel.
So if you like having to defend yourself, or being harrassed by the woman in the top right corner unit, who puts her nose in matters that do not concern her, the Ebb Tode might be the option for you.
