I recently sold my condo in a high rise co-op and Paula was my selling agent. Paula was extremely knowledgeable and professional throughout the selling process. Paula Brown handled the rental of my apartment in Troy Towers and I couldn’t say enough about her professionalism in doing so. She found me a great tenant, handled the screening and lease paperwork, and as an expert in the building she was able to guide my tenant through the coop application and process and got him approved quickly and without a hitch. I didn’t have to do a thing! Her team provided great support as well. I would highly recommend Hudson View Realty any time.

I bought a unit in a large building in Union City a few years ago and Paula Brown was the seller’s agent. She appeared to be highly educated about the building, and was forthright and honest in sharing the key selling points as well as upcoming projects and costs I would likely be assuming as a future owner, which I greatly appreciated. I am very happy with my choice and when I’m ready to sell, I will certainly hire Paula as my agent.
