I was referred to the Truss Group by a friend who just bought a house in the same vicinity I had been looking. I had previously worked with another agent and missed out on a couple of opportunities; so I had become frustrated with the process. Working with Trevor and Luke was a breath of fresh air! I live in Texas and I was looking at buying a piece of vacant land sight unseen in the Hudson valley. Despite this not being a big purchase (which a lot of realtors would ignore), Trevor was keen to help me out. He even drove 45 minutes to visit the property for me, and he astutely pointed out that there could potentially be wetlands issues with the property. He then went on to find the website that maps out where the wetlands are so I could make an informed decision. I ultimately was able to get the price for the property reduced by $7500 because of what he had found.

5 weeks ago we decided to look for a house in Hudson New York. We found our realtor, Trevor Moran from the truss group with a google search. After telling him what we were looking for, Trevor got in his car and gave us a video tour of the houses we were interested in and the surrounding town area.

Trevor and Luke are fantastic to work with! Trevor brings a savvy that one can only earn from being tested by fire more than a decade at this in NYC. Truss sold our home in Hudson without even going to market! We are a family of five, with three little ones under six.
