Same issue here as the last reviewer.

After installing a $100k+ system in our home, the owner Bob McDaniel has apparently decided that it is too difficult to service and the company has stopped responding to messages.

Most recently, we can't even get someone to respond to repeated requests for updates to our system or to program a new remote for our living room. Simple requests for changes to lighting go ignored.

They are apparently selling, but not servicing. Weeks and months go by without action and calls and emails are ignored.

It's like buying a car and not being able to

After they completed part of my project they stopped responding to my phone calls or emails. Last time when I contacted the office and asked to speak with the company owner Bob McDaniel, after checking with him the secretary told me that he doesn't have a desire to speak or work with me and that I should look for another company to work with. ‍. Wish he could tell me why. I never negotiated his prices, paid all his bills on time and was always pleasant to him and to his workers. What goes around comes around!
