One of the worst Control 4 dealer you will ever come across. Mike is absolutely unprofessional and if you point this to him, his response is go to another dealer.
Makes appointment and never shows up to the job. When you call repeatedly as you are at home waiting for him he will say to call office instead.
Office is just voicemail with no one to pick phone.
For him it seems about a big new order else he will keep ignoring you and then keep pushing your appointment out. No one calls from his office to reschedule.

Mike Tech Services is the best. They were fantastic recommending products and services for home video / audio / automation, and then their teams were beyond professional and proficient in the installation and training. But more importantly, when something breaks - which happens with technology, and automated systems like Control4 and Crestron - they are so quick to work to help resolve issues. When it comes to setting up a control 4 system the phrase "I got a guy" is intrinsically tied to Mike. There is no one else out there who is going to be able to deliver on his level of professionalism, expertise, crew size and creativity. Mike Installed Control4 over two years ago. Every time I need help with a fix he always sends someone if he can't walk me through it myself. I love working with him and the control4 system I keep adding new components!

Mike and his team installed the Control4 smart system in our house almost 6 years ago. When we moved in, he worked with us to determine what functionality we would need and never pushed us to do more. Since then we've had his team mount multiple tvs, install new modem, fix any technical difficulties and they have always been on time, professional and thorough.
What also stands out is if anything is needed that can be done remotely, Mike will always help. We can send him pictures of the devices and he will walk us through troubleshooting, reset doorbells or send us log in information.

It is extremely difficult to find a reliable resource in the home automation industry. Vendors can be nonresponsive and flaky. After working with a host of vendors in this space I have not met anyone more attentive, professional, paying attention to detail and responsive than Mike. Every story has a hero in it. Mike is the hero in every story I have about him. Sure, no one is perfect. But there is not one time he has let me down. He always finds away to come through for his customers.

I love the people Mike has working for him, but the customer service after the installation is terrible. This is our first time using Control4 but not very impressed. We are constantly having issues with our tv's and internet. It is VERY hard to get a reponse from Mike to get them in to fix the problems-once a technician does come-they are great!

Most impressive company I've ever dealt with, and definitely the best control 4 dealer I've met! Everything that was promised to me was completed and ahead of schedule. We live in a house with a Control 4 system installed by Mike Tech. From day one we have had issues with various things not working. On each visit we are promised that the problem is solved only to have it arise again. We have had Control 4 systems before and have never had so many problems with the system or company servicing it.
Furthermore, scheduling with this company is a nightmare - they do not show up during the windows that they say they will. They say that they will do something and then require several reminders to actually get it done. It is like you work for them rather than them working

Mike is been the most respectful and patient business owner I know. He came in, installed my control 4 in under 2 days and it works flawlessly. Every question I have I give mike a call and he walks me through every bit of information.
I have also noticed he is the only pinnacle/diamond dealer in Los Angeles. No wonder he does all the multi million dollar homes around. He's the best.
He also installed a couple tvs in my house for free.

Mike and his team came to do my office and home when we remodeled. Their level of professionalism was beyond phenomenal. He showed up every time with a very knowledgeable and fairly large crew (4 work vans at a time!) any issues I had were resolved quickly and remotely even sometimes and I was walked through my systems and taught how to use it all. Can't live without my control4 system. Thanks mike tech!!!

These guys do a lot of spec houses - we bought one. Theoretically the systems should be good ones, but our internet and tv fail to work at least once a week. Mike sends someone (not on the weekends, however, which is when we turn on the tv and discover it's not working) and the people he sends have been spotty in their knowledge and ability to diagnose and fix the problem, at best. I think that Mike tried to throw in a couple of the 20-ish service calls we have had for free, but ultimately the most unreliable and frustrating service we have ever had.
