I recently needed to come up with a tree in an absolute hurry to satisfy an HOA hate group. Megan at The Sprucery was heaven sent! She went above and beyond to get me everything I needed unplugging the posts, ties, and soil and even lent a hand to load. When seemingly everyone else was attempting to ruin my day Megan made it for sure. I highly recommend this business for outstanding customer service even when my "project" was minor. We'll repeat business here just for the down to earth people.

Over the years have made several purchases with these guys and always liked the selection and thought I appreciated the customer service. However last fall right before they closed for the season we purchased a crabapple that was planted right away and it died over the winter. I called twice to ask if they would be willing to give some sort of credit and they said they would call me back and they never did. I get it if you don’t return a single call but to not call me back twice after saying a manager will get back to me is poor customer service. I’ll spend my money elsewhere

Awesome selection of trees and super knowledgeable staff. We’ve gotten at least six trees from The Sprucery and have always enjoyed the experience. The planting crew is super professional, and it’s very impressive to see the size of tree that they can plant. Also, it’s a lot of fun to ride around in a buggy and check out all of the different trees.

EDIT: I eventually spoke with Travis at the nursery about the oak tree, he acknowledged that an exception should have been made with this circumstance and will be crediting our account for the fall growing season for the full value of the oak. Between speaking with the other person who was apparently seasonal help and speaking with Travis, I replaced the nonviable oak with one from a different nursery as I didn't have time to waste, but plan to be back to this nursery in the fall. One thing in their reply below: I emailed on June 9 about the oak tree, a few weeks before my review, not a few hours

I am baffled by any bad reviews of the Sprucery or Rocky Mountain Pond and Waterfalls. The owners are wonderful people who put in very long hours to make these businesses the success they are. Dusty in particular is incredibly talented at transforming mundane yards into works of art. His crews are extremely hard working and professional. The attached picture is of my finished front yard which exceeded my expectations. Neighbors and others driving by stop to give compliments and ask who the landscaper was. Next up is the backyard!!
