There are several plans available for you to choose from. All workouts are 1:1(1 Trainer, 1 Partner) and last 1 hour. Each session includes the basics and fundamentals of boxing, strength and conditioning, plyometrics and cardio. Where is your gym located? My gym is located in Shadow Creek Ranch. Because the gym is for 1:1 sessions only, you will need to contact me to schedule a gym viewing.
What do I need to start? For kids ages 5- 11, you will need a pair of 120 inch hand wraps and 14 ounce Boxing Gloves. Ages 12+ will need 180 inch hand wraps and 16 ounce Boxing Gloves. I SEE the dedication and motivation Eric gives to his clients, daily! I work in the same facility as Eric and am beyond glad to have him and his business located on the same property as myself.
