In June I had a branch fall on my motorhome while it was parked at a friend’s house, No one noticed that the roof was compromised, weeks after that when I returned the motorhome was a mess the roof had soft spots from the moisture and the interior had mold on the ceiling from the rainwater.
I contacted Karen at Amy Falcon’s office and she initiated the claim, I called the claims dept. loaded the app on my phone, all the information was there thru the process, it did take a little longer than initially promised but at the end of the day my Motorhome was totaled, and State Farm took very good
