I'm committed to involving parents as an integral part of their child's overall oral health to create a positive experience for the whole family. I am lucky to be in a career I love. I enjoy having the opportunity to give children a positive dental experience. It is rewarding to start seeing our patients from a young age and watch them grow with each appointment. Our office attempts to schedule appointments at your convenience and when time is available. Preschool children should be seen in the morning because they are fresher and we can work more slowly with the child for their comfort.

My kids have been patients here since 2016 and I don’t see myself going anywhere else. Our hygienist Casey was super nice and informative about their needs. My 12 year old is high functioning autistic and loves going to the dentist so hopefully she was Dr. Vinny’s easiest patient for the day. 😂 Also for my baby boy’s first appointment it went so well. I highly recommend coming here.

While the dentists and hygenists are great the office policies have made scheduling repairs take ridiculously long. My 7yr old had to wait 6mo for a baby root canal and crown luckily the tooth had not become infected. (Otherwise they would have needed to pull the tooth) then my 4 yr old had tiny cavities between teeth in each quadrant. Which they wanted to do as 4 separate appointments. Well they only allow one to be scheduled at a time and they only schedule with the diagnosing dentist so it is always 2-3 mo out. We are gonna have her semiannual exam before the repairs are done! This facility is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. My kids have been going there for over 7 years now and love going. My youngest has been joining his sister on her visits and not once feared the dentist. I honestly believe it's because of the consistent smiles every employee there has or the brightly colored walls, chairs, tools etc. It provides a kid friendly atmosphere that I've never seen before. I'm absolutely grateful to have found this pediatric dentistry and blessed my kids never have to fear their dentist appointments. I mean if it tells you anything.... we drive 45 minutes just to come to this location

My children love coming to the dentist now, and the whole staff is so friendly and gentle! Jill (hygienist) is so nice and caring and Dr. Bhatti is extremely through. Many staff members stopped by the room to engage with my children during their visit, and my children felt so cared for. They love being able to pick a show to watch for distraction during the not so fun parts and receiving a coin for toy machine at the end of the visit is their favorite part! I would highly recommend this office for any child, they’re fantastic!

The staff including the receptionist, hygienist and the Dr were all amazing. My daughter has autism and they take the time to make her feel comfortable. She actually loves going now! The staff is always cracking jokes with her which eases her anxiety and pain. Sometimes they even sing with her because she loves singing. They do everything to make sure that she is comfortable. Love this office!

I wish I could give them NO stars. I have never been treated so poorly in my life. Unfortunately my daughter needs surgery. It was cancelled without any communication as to why. Then when I rescheduled it, they attempted to move it outside of my availability again, and again informed me AFTER changing the time. Day of surgery finally comes. I’m asked to wait longer before coming in. Fine. Then we arrive at the newly delayed time. Get checked in. “It’ll be about 40 minutes.” After an hour, I go down the hall to look for ANYONE to get an update. No staff to be seen anywhere. At this point

I would highly recommend them to anyone! My 7 year old son was terrified of the dentist until we came here! It was sadly the first positive experience he had had at the dentist. My daughter is happy here as well. Now they love going to the dentist! They both have a long road of dental work ahead of them and I'm so glad we found the perfect match! I will never take them anywhere else. 😁♥️

My kids have been going to Dr Jackson for 14 years and I cannot say enough nice things about this pediatric dentist. If you want a caring, knowledgeable and comforting dentist for your children then I would highly recommend Dr Jackson. The staff is pleasant, communication good and his patience is fantastic. So happy we found him when we did, my kids have had a great experience!
