Trust Avid Events to plan and execute your concert or festival or to meet all of your event's music needs. We can assist from A to Z with venue selection to ticketing and help with national or local entertainment acts. If you just need help with music, we can do everything from hiring a DJ or band to liven up the atmosphere or create a playlist specifically designed to fit the scene.
We used Avid Events for our 2,300 person company picnic, which resulted in the highest turnout ever. They truly are the Nordstrom of event planners. I can confidently say that you are the best event and project management firm I have had the privilege to work with. No request is too difficult, no job too big, no problem unsolvable.

I hired Avid Events for help in putting together a three day sales workshop for over 65 people. This involved finding and negotiating hotel and meeting space, meal and break coordinating, as well as offsite dinner and team building event. The overall event went flawlessly because of the personal attention and touch Mary Jo(owner) put in to make it happen. I will definitely use Avid Events for my future business team meetings, as well as for this seasons holiday company celebration. Thank you Mary Jo and Avid Events!!

Over the years I’ve engaged Avid Events for numerous company events. All events were excellent with rave reviews from all company staff
You name it from boat cruises, Christmas parties to outdoor summer events. Each event went smoothly, great food, activities and just pure fun.
I’ve also was happy to be a helper several times for their annual wholesale food services event at the convention center. Those are huge events and Avid Events did an amazing job with greeting the attendee’s, printing out badges, answering questions, entering orders and many other tasks.
