I used Prive events as my planner for my wedding at JM cellars. They were a blessing! I thought I could do everything on my own since I'm a pretty organized person. When touring and eventually booking the venue JM kept saying they only required a day of coordinator but actually they require a partial planner. Originally I was peeved because that was not my plan but I'm so so happy I booked Prive. Krista was amazing from the start. Megan Main was my coordinator and she is absolutely amazing! She's so easy to work with and we got along great. She kept up with all the details and made sure everything went smoothly for my wedding reception. She did not let anything slip through the cracks! Her referral for my caterer resulted in the absolute best wedding food I've ever had. I took leftovers back to the hotel afterwards and devoured them. I still think about that food lol. I absolutely 100% recommend her!

Privé was amazing to work with and I would recommend them to any couple thinking of hiring a wedding coordinator. Megan at Privé was an outstanding coordinator and huge help for my husband(!), Zach, and I during our wedding this summer. We got married at my parents' home in the Seattle area, but we were living in Madison, WI and Chicago, IL respectively over the course of our eight months or so working with Megan. Worth. Every. Penny. Thank you Megan! Our venue was sort of unique, a three day, two night event out on the Olympic Peninsula. As we we are living in SoCal, we needed a planner that could handle all of the details (giving us recommendations, emailing quotes, telling us what is/isnt a good value, checking out venues, some light design plus all the craziness of the day) and she handled it all without much direction. Megan from Prive is basically the best! We booked the Lake Washington Rowing Club (one of the venues that Prive manages) for our wedding and working with her was super easy. She was always responsive to questions and tried to help us out in any way that she could. She met us at the venue various times before the wedding and let us bombard her with questions. She was always super professional and fun to be around! She also made sure to follow up with us after the wedding to say congrats and see how everything went, which was very thoughtful!

We hired Prive Events for day of coordination and bartending services for our wedding and they were fantastic! Megan was our day-of-coordinator and she was phenomenal. Megan and her assists with Prive Events made our night everything we imagined it would be and more. Before we interviewed Megan we had met with another wedding planner and took her to our venue (a private venue in the groom's aunt backyard). When meeting with this planner she told us that we could have the wedding there, but she would have to charge us more money from all of her vendors since it is down about 100 flights of stairs. We recently hired Privé Events to help with an informal Welcome Dinner to start off our wedding weekend. Our caterer planned to set up and deliver food for a buffet, and to be honest, we didn't think we needed to hire anyone and were pretty annoyed that the venue decided to require it just a week before the event.

Well, we were wrong.

My husband and I worked with Megan at Prive Events as the day-of coordinator for our post-elopement wedding celebration this spring at the Fremont Abbey, and we can't recommend Prive highly enough.
