Was referred here by my normal mechanic for some suspension work that was out of his wheelhouse. The staff was professional and responsive and took the time to call my mechanic to discuss what he had seen and then actually recommended a different approach which reduced the cost of the repair. A rare group these days - friendly, honest, and a fair price. Definitely a recommend.

I was referred to RX auto and am 100 % satasfied with the service including the workmanship, price and warrenty. Matt and Ron are honest sincere and clearly explained everything. I truly appreciated NOT being "oversold" on additional or unessary repairs. They were able to repair my airconditing compressor on an aucra and got me back on the road. I would absolutely recommend this repair shop for your auto needs !

Everything I needed done was clearly explained. All interactions were very kind and informative. They quoted me a full day of work yet were able to accommodate me the following morning. There are definitely shops more conveniently located to me, but I wouldn't hesitate to make the trip out to this RX in the future because I like it that much.

At first, I was looking for a flush of my (old Toyota) truck's A/C system with ambitions to complete a R12-to-R134a conversion on my own. After a visual inspection and some additional digging in, Matt let me know what the extent and cost of any further service work would be. When things got a bit more complicated, he contacted me for my authorization to move forward.
Sure, this sounds basic, but it was all done well and I always felt that my interests were being considered.

Can't complain! I got an appointment with them to rotate/replace my tires and to get my brakes fixed. There were a few other things I needed to do that I couldn't get done at the moment because of finances, and the gentlemen at RX auto told what was most important and what could wait.
I didn't feel ripped off by their prices, which seemed pretty comparable with most places' prices.
As an aside, my heat shield under my car detached on one side and made this horrible banging noise that was pretty embarrassing to drive around with (I kind of felt like I was driving a 16 year
