If you have seen any apartment that you would like to apply for, please read below and follow the steps provided. First please submit the $100 application fee. Once you have submitted payment, please fill out application by clicking "Apply Now". Once approved, in order to hold the unit for you and take the apartment off the market, we will need the first full months rent submitted as a deposit, which will be deposited immediately.

Solicited reviews are not a replacement for the reality of the way a company conducts business. Simply asking relatives or friends to falsely inflate an undeserved rating does not make it so. The unresolved issues speak for themselves. Maintenance is unresponsive and nonexistent for the most part and when they do show, not much gets done. Aggressively responding to negative reviews does not reflect the falsified reviews either. It would be a wild idea to simply just resolve the issues and do the jobs that are required.

IPG are great. I have lived in 2 different properties that they managed. They helped my wife and I find a larger place that was more accommodating when we moved in together and we have been nothing but happy. We rarely have any issues with the building or property and the 2 times we did have to call maintenance was quick to rectify the situation.

Enjoy every visit to the office. They have been very friendly, fair, equitable, and understanding when I was about to move out and needed to move back in. When there is a problem the office can handle they usually do a pretty good job. However, the other reviewer is spot on with maintenance. It takes more calls than you would expect for repairs, but if you are persistent and follow what each person tells you, then the repairs will usually happen. (More on the order of 5-10 calls, but it can feel like 100).
