Looking for a new apartment and moving (especially across state lines) can be very stressful, but we’re so grateful we have Audrey as our real estate agent. She showed us several great options and even let us bring our little rescue dog with us!
Audrey really listened to what our needs and preferences are and were always upbeat, knowledgeable, patient and very helpful with the hundreds of questions I had. My husband and I recently worked with Audrey, and after dealing with a mouse infestation (unrelated to Riverfront Realty), she found us an apt within a couple day's time. She was very easily accessible, quickly responsive, and made it a priority to show us the properties yet again (her suggestion!) for extra comfort in our decision.
She was extremely patient and understanding with our current situation while dealing with our landlord's agent, health dept, and such. And on top of it, she provided extra assistance by giving me a referral on legally knowing my rights for breaking a lease due to unsanitary

I worked with Audrey to find a rental apartment and she took the time to find one that would suit my needs as I am disabled, she made the process pleasant. I lived at the Galaxy for 4 years and truly loved every minute of it. She takes the time to help with any issues that may occur. I will be utilizing her expertise when I return to purchase an apartment. Audrey is awesome and I would recommend her for sure!!

I could not recommended this office. They placed a tenant in my property who contaminated the building and my apartment with bugs. The tenant was a hoarder. None of this was revealed to me until the rent stopped coming in and I had to go through the eviction process. Audrey recommended a poor attorney and a disastrous contractor.. As a result of this mess, I was forced to sell my property at 50 percent of market value. Beware and go elsewhere.
