Doug is a great photographer. The day of our photo session it was pouring down rain. He gave us the option to reschedule, but my daughter wanted to go ahead with the appointment. Despite the rain, he was able to get really great shots. Highly recommended!

Doug is the best! He worked with me for my son's 2nd birthday photos. He was so cool and patient and really good ideas too. He worked so well with my baby and the pictures turned out so beautiful! I loved all of them so much. I can't wait to share them when my son's birthday arrives! Totally recommend Doug for your children's portraits.

Doug was incredible to work with! We did portraits of my 2 year old and family photos as well. He made my 2 year old son feel comfortable and really brought out his personality. He told us at the beginning he was good with kids and he really did shine when it came to helping my son smile and act like his natural goofy self. I love that Doug’s photography is not over stylized or filtered. He caught great candid moments and had a great eye for posed portraits as well. I’m just so happy with the result. Highly recommend and will book with him again.

This rating needs more stars. Lots more stars. This was not an ordinary photo shoot. I raise monarch butterflies and wanted some portraits with some of my "kids." If you've never worked with butterflies, I can tell you that they have the attention span of a fruit fly and are apt to fly away in a blink. But Doug was willing to accept the challenge. He arrived exactly on time for our appointment and already knew a perfect location for the subject. I used as many tricks as I could think of to make my little friends cooperative and then hoped for the best. We had SO much fun

He's a picky photographer and you will be happy that he is. He would change lighting and setting till it's perfect. He keeps you as relaxing and comfortable as possible, and very quick capturing the moments. He let me preview my unfinished headshots and make sure I got what I want. Love the depth of those photos. Very responsive and Highly recommended.
