A modern-day witchy retreat in Sedona Az. Sept 24th-26th where we will explore an ancient call within the divine feminine to embody the traditions of the wise woman through the art of earth and moon magick!. Within your heart is the call of your ancestors, your mother's, grandmother's, and sister's voices moving through every cell of your being. Her pulse is connected to the drum beating at your center, calling you home to set yourself free.

Our instinct is to heal and help all those who are in need, and yet we so often forget or aren't even aware of the story of the wounded healer.
Trauma in the womb is connected to the throat chakra so most sessions include some chakra clearing and Reiki. Akashic Records readings, and shamanic healing techniques including sound healing and de-armoring practices for you to do at home after leaving your session. My heart is truly in this work as it has personally transformed my life.
Yin yoga is a quiet meditative practice targeting the deepest tissues of the body, our connective tissues - ligaments, joints, bones, fascia, and the meridians, improving flexibility. Yin yoga has been known to improve sleep, calms the central nervous system and balances mind & body, increases circulation, improve joint mobility, releases fascia, reduces stress and anxiety.

The staff and owner are the kindest people I have ever met! Very helpful, caring, and loving. Definitely my favorite shop in downtown Prescott!

Mystic Harmony Yoga Boutique is without a doubt my favorite shop in Prescott. I stop by as often as possible just to feel the wonderful energy of the space and the women that inhabit it. It’s also my go to whenever I’m looking for crystals, candles, gifts, books, yoga attire and of course Palo Santo! Mystic Harmony is one of my go to stores in the Prescott area. The shop has great energy and Harmony is a lovely person who is always willing to help. The shop has a nice selection of yoga clothes, yoga mats, and other yoga gear but also has a great selection of beautiful crystals, candles, books, teas and oils. Harmony puts a lot of heart and soul into curating the items that she sells in her shop. The shop sells several brands and types of mats. I love the Tamed Wild brand candles and the book selection.
