We have over 29 years experience serving Southwest Michigan. We offer services to people who are in need of a professional and objective valuation for property in which they have an interest. Our services include: residential real estate appraisal for pricing to sell and/or purchase, bankruptcy appraisals, divorce appraisals, estate appraisals, property tax appeals and mortgage loans.
While we do appraisals for lenders, we are the rare appraisal firm which is interested in and very willing to work with non-lender clients. Our detailed appraisal reports are written in a manner that is specific to its user. Our property valuations stand up in courtrooms and in front of tax boards.

Terrible!!!
Jim Zerby is a joke! He takes forever to complete the appraisal, 4.5 weeks to be exact. His comps don't even make sense. He has an archaic view of the market and does not seem to be living in the modern world. He made my family very uncomfortable while in our home. Weird vibes! Weird dude! Do not allow him to appraise your home, you will regret it if he does.
