I had a broken spring and called One Clear Choice for a repair. I agreed to a couple of things besides the springs but the installer kept pointing out more and more things I supposedly needed. When he was done there was a terrible screeching noise that was not there before he started. He claimed that the noise was due to my door opener and needed to be replaced. I was fed up with them trying to pad the bill so accepted the repair as is and called a different company to install a door opener. When the new company showed up, they asked if OCC had lubricated the spring. They had not so the new guy

Last week I made a huge mistake by calling Precision door openers for my garage door #1. They were good & on time but I was overcharged by $337.10! I kind of thought that it was too much but since we’re still reeling from a pandemic I didn’t know what was the going on with the pricing for a nice Liftmaster garage door opener. So since I’ve taken one for the team of good consumers just do yourself a favor and call One Clear

Just had our new garage door installed today and couldn’t be more pleased with the whole process from start to finish. OCC’s price match was great when Home Depot had a sale. There order processing(Andrea) was always available to answer any questions we had. Delivery was longer than normal(due to COVID), but the door arrived a few days earlier than they had projected. Installation scheduling was very quick (TWO days) and the installation team did their thing for 6 hours before giving us a walkthrough with our new door and opener. Everything was a 5 star experience.

Company blew me away! Quoting process was quick, same day, and discounts were applied all over the place. Customer service is some of the best I have seen. Best pricing I could find vs Lowe's, Overheard Door and a few more. It took only 4 days to get a quote, measurements, and an install on day 4. Matthew Turner ( Installer ) came exactly when scheduled, was professional and worked hard all day straight through. Would highly recommend!
