Scam scam scam garbage people thieves they just want your money and when you need service they will find an excuse that this is not covered. I called today for a tow and there excuse was we only tow to any open service center and since it’s 11:00pm all services centers are closed and it will be an out of pocket call.

Worst service ever. They always have an excuse to not pay for anything. If you have anyone look at your truck like TA or Love’s First BEWARE! They will not even pay for towing after that. They only pay a very small percentage of anything anyway. Put your dues in the bank instead, as you’ll be better off as the teeny tiny savings you get will be far less than the annual dues.
The last time we called roadsidemasters to change out a tire, the tire company gave us a better rate NOT to go through roadside master.

I got a new truck in July 2019. The dealer had an option to buy roadside service from this company. I got it just to be safe. On October 14th 2019 around 9 am my water pump and oil cooler went out. I called them and they said they’ll send someone. After 5 hours no one came. I had to find roadside service by myself. On Wednesday October 16th my truck was finished and I called them to see if they will cover roadside service portion, they said no. I had to pay everything just to get back on the road. Total bill was $3660. They do not provide any kind of service.

They are a scam. I called and was told all about the free towing, lock out, tire changes, on and on. I signed up and paid. They sent me the agreement and they only cover you literally on the side of the road and if the break down isn’t due to any previous repair. No tire change on steer or trailer. List of exclusions were so long it’s almost guaranteed they won’t cover you. I called to cancel and was given an email. I emailed them the request to cancel and received a reply they would refund me via check in 10-14 days. That was over a month ago. Still no check. They refuse to take my calls
