My experience with on time towing continues to be an A1 service. They are very reliable and courteous not to mention reasonable. I have been using there service for a number of years now and I’m still satisfied with their service. And you don’t have to worry about your vehicle being damaged during the tow.

I called On Time Towing after I had left my car on the side of the road after a car accident. Louis was extremely professional and kind. Even though he had other jobs ahead of mine, he stopped by the area where my car was supposed to be to make sure that it hadn’t already been towed. The tow was in Miami and I live in West Palm so it was a big help to me for him to check if the car was still there for me. It was and he got it hooked up and towed right away to the dealership of my choice. Exemplary service from Louis and his company On Time Towing. When no other towing companies were answering

Luis of On Time Towing is the best. He came when he said he would. He was professional, friendly and; he did the job. You don't find that anywhere else here in South Florida. He picked-up my Jeep in North Miami and delivered it to Hollywood Jeep. I waited over 5 hours for a different company hired by AARP/ALLSTATE roadside assistance and it is now 10 hours later and they still have not showed up. Bet they will run me around on reimbursement also. Cut your loss and waisted time. Call On Time Towing and let Luis do the job you need done. You can't beat the best man and company for the job. I called three places to get quotes for towing service. Luis and his team from On Time Towing were the only ones that were completely thorough, professional, personable, kind and offered a great price for the service. I was always updated with the status of the service time and once they arrived they were able to tow my car without any issues. I would hire them again in a heartbeat if necessary. I highly recommend this company.

Best experience! I had the worst luck; when a huge nail punctured my tire while driving. I was stranded on a Sunday facing an expensive tow. I called Luis, and he wasn't just professional and super-knowledgeable, but very kind and understanding. He fixed my tire, and I was on my way. I couldn't recommend this business more! Super reasonable prices, even on Sunday night. Thank you so much!
