I have had the pleasure of knowing Jill Silverman PhD since 1999 when she did her post doc in the same office as my adolescent medicine practice. We have happily shared many, many patients over these years. Dr. Silverman is an incredibly smart and talented therapist whose skill set, empathy and integrity are truly special.

If I could give Jill Silverman zero stars I would. What a complete waste of time and money. She charged me $400 for a consultation. Canceled the next appointment. Then she informed me that she wouldn't be able to see my daughter in-person because of her illness. Understanding that her illness was not entirely her fault, and given that my daughter lost two weeks of therapy because she was unable to provide in-person services, I asked her to consider refunding half of her $400 fee as I now have to pay that to another therapist, she adamantly refused. Do you really need to work with a doctor like
