Jim is a knowledgable and patient realtor. I was going through the home selection process for the first time. Jim made the process less stressful than what I had anticipated. He would limit the number of viewings so I would be able to properly evaluate each location. His input on properties was valuable and he made me feel like I was selecting my own home instead of just going on what other people had suggested. Buying or selling, I would go with Jim.

ears. When I moved out, I had the place cleaned but the property manager insisted that it was dirty and kept my security deposit anyway. I also had to threaten the property manager because he kept calling me and would not leave me alone after I moved out.
