We hold events for our students and their families throughout the year. Checkout pics from our Thanksgiving Lunch where parents joined us to eat turkey, all the fixin's and dessert with their children. Happy Days School in Garland, TX was established in 1977 by Lynda Francis. During this time, she has owned and managed the daycare and after school center.
We have children attending who are the third generation in their family to come to Happy Days. We believe that good child care comes from having a passion and love of children along with continual professional development. Each teacher is required to have 30 hours of professional development each year along with CPR and First Aid.

Services
At Happy Days School in Garland, TX we have classes for children of all ages. Babies ages 6 weeks through school age children are welcome to come have fun with us! I had to come here and update my review. I’ve now had my two boys at Happy Days for about 5 years now and I couldn’t imagine not having this team in our lives. These group of people have been the Most amazing group that I’ve come across. Before Happy Days we tried 2 other daycares that just didn’t have the consistency and understanding that the staff at Happy Days does. I can’t imagine not seeing them on a regular basis and will be so sad when my boys are all grown up and no longer attend Happy Days School😢

Our family LOVES this center and their staff!! My children sometimes go and see their other parent on school breaks or have opportunities to go do fun things with us and the family but they literally say they don’t want to because they will miss daycare!! The staff I truly believe love my children all four of their crazy selves! I found this center during Covid with of course financial struggles as many people were going through at the hight of the pandemic. This center saved us in ways they will never know. They did not turn us away like other centers did they are so affordable and will work

My son has been going to this daycare since he was 3 months old and now he is 2. As a parent I understand the agonizing feeling it is to leave there kids with the unknown because anything that happens to them we are very quick to point fingers, however in my experience I have always felt as though my child has been in good hands. I absolutely love this daycare and the staff because at any time my child has or had an issue I was addressed an I know how toddlers can be which being honest is the most important to me an that they do. I went to Happy Days as a child and now my daughter goes there as well. Growing up, Ms. Dee and her family were always involved with the kids and remain to be to this day. Ms. Dee provides a safe and educational environment and my daughter (3) is excited to go to school and learn every day!

Being here in DFW a year this was the first daycare/school that I found for my 3 year old. The staff are friendly and my son LOVES his teacher. What I like best is they have a curriculum that follows GISD and they emphasize in Art! I would definitely recommend the school!

I can not say enough good things about happy days. My oldest son has a lot of crazy food allergies and this daycare always makes sure that his food is safe to eat! We have not had one single issue in regards to his allergies since starting at happy days, while at other daycares I would get called once or twice a month for his food allergies. If you have any issues Ms. Dee is always on top of it! They make each child feel special and loved and will do anything for our kids. They have been amazing through this pandemic! They never really shut down and did everything within their power to stay open

My daughter has been attending Happy Days since she was 3 months old. She's 2 now. I never worry about her safety while she's in their care. She's learned so much at this school. She knows her numbers to 10, her primary colors, the alphabet song, she says excuse me, please and thank you. Miss. Felita and Ms. Nadia are doing an outstanding job with our little one. The entire staff is also very accommodating. I would recommend this daycare and school to others.

Best feeling as a parent is knowing your kids are in good care while you are at work! I’m so thankful for all the staff & teachers who treat my kids with respect & love. My kids come home happy everyday with good stories & all the activities they do. Even though we are going through crisis they manage to keep the daycare clean & safe for the kids.

I love this daycare! My 6-yr-old son has been going here since he was 2 yrs old. My 2-yr-old daughter has been coming here since she was 3 months old. The staff is awesome and really goes over and beyond to care for the children.

There has NEVER been a time that I was in doubt about my children going to Happy Days. My children feel safe and loved, and all the staff take a genuine interest in my kids wellbeing. One of the things that I was asked during the tour was, "what can we do to make you feel comfortable with your children coming here," and I said, "treating them like I would and making them feel safe."
