After a breakup with my best friend, losing the man i love, and the person and place that felt like home to me, i was searching for a way to heal not only myself but also to heal others due to past trauma and heartache. I wanted to heal the hurts that keep us from the people that we love. Thats when i discovered the Emotion Code.

I had two sessions with Mandy, the first one was in person and the second one was remote. The first session, it was an immediate sense of lightness.
Over the next few days I processed out these emotions and began to deal with them and be at peace with why I held on to them for so long.
My second session, the remote one. It was very intense, the day Mandy did my session I was busy with my granddaughter and could not be focused and readily available with intentions. Over the next two days after my session such a rush of peace and happiness began to overcome me as I processed these emotions out

But I wanted to express my gratitude to Mandy. She has a big heart for helping people! With our sessions I can usually feel some swirling energy throughout my body after she has done her thing. I feel lighter and happier and she has helped me so much to release Negative emotions that have been tough for me to do on my own 🙏 . It’s a very freeing experience.

Mandy is a natural healer. She is able to tap into the emotions that are our blockages. As an instant gratification person, I’ve learned slow and steady wins the race.
