I want to preface this by stating I am the a-hole in this situation and they helped me out. Long story short, my husband told me to get out for like the 3rd time, so I was done with his stuff and leased a house. Literally the same day my husband says he wants to work things out. They worked with me on letting new tenants take over my lease without penalty. They didn't have to do that but they did and I'm extremely grateful for that because it was drama that no one needed. That says a lot about a company when they're willing to work with their tenants

I have been working with Asset Management in Denton Texas for some time now and I am MOST impressed with them. Zak has been most gracious and accommodating along with his Wife and the other girl that works in the office. I Truly do not understand some folks being against them and their Performance as I have seen none of this. I own a small business and sometimes there are blips in a days work, this is part of LIFE, it Happens whether it a business or personal issues. So we adapt and overcome those obstacles when they happen. I personally and professionally find Asset Management a SUPERB and Professional

This company is perfect if you want to be ignored, belittled and completely disrespected. Thank you for teaching us a very valuable lesson on how to avoid THE WORST landlords we have ever encountered. When I went to tour this apartment they took advantage of me, assuming I was a naive college student. They assured me that the temperature would be cool even though there was one window unit, they would answer all maintenance requests and help out the best they could. Instead I got a miserably hot, roach and rat infested apartment. The apartment building’s trash was always overflowing, and at all

Awful customer service. Zach and Kelly are beyond unhelpful and quite frankly the worst landlords I've had. I had wasps in my apt and he gave me a bottle of wasp spray to handle it. AC was out for a few days in the summer never got any compensation for not being able to stay in my apt. Water heater was broken and when I asked for somewhere to shower(vacant apt) he told me to boil water and take a bath. AVOID ASSET MANAGEMENT AT ALL COSTS. wish I could give 0 stars. Never once did they prorate my rent for the inconveniences.

Renting with Asst. Management was an unfortunate experience to say the least. These individuals are dishonest, deceitful, and take advantage of college students in the area. Pretty much unreachable unless you owe them something. False office hours on Google. Little to no maintenence help what so ever. Rarely returns phone calls and on top of that took over a month a half to return a security deposit.

Initially moved in to my apartment when it was under another management company the place was clean and well looked after and never had trouble getting anyone in for repairs, extermination issues, or discussing concerns. Then Asset Management took over. Drug dealers moved in, the place became a roach infested, bed bug infested, unsafe , dirty place to be with two major rent increases, I knew I would never get my deposit back- they are just that kind of company. Moving out of state made it not worth the effort and time it would take to fight over it, I wish I could give them a ZERO. Oh and

As a real estate investor with multiple properties, I rely on an greatly appreciate the excellent service and affordable rates of Asset Management Systems. I had tried several property management companies over the years, but most fell short in one way or the other. I can say without a doubt that AMS has far surpassed the others in responsiveness, service, pricing, and professionalism. Excellent company for all your property management needs.

Came back to post again on how awful asset management systems inc of Denton, Texas is to work with. In the past few months my lease contract ended so I am no longer dealing with them THANK GOODNESS but they still managed to screw my sister and I over yet again. We ended up receiving a portion of our security deposit back after our lease ended and then I moved to Houston (about a 4 and a half hr drive from denton). The security deposit that we got back was in a check form which we both had to sign in order to cash it. Completely understandable. However we live so far away from each other it&apos
