Providing empowering, effective ways for you to avoid the negative impact of court-based family law. If you are working with another private mediator and wish to have an independent consultation with an attorney, I can offer consulting services on an as-needed basis. Or, if you choose to handle your own family law case without full representation by an attorney, you may still need legal advice or help with the mandatory legal forms.

Additionally, I offer advice on your rights and obligations under California law, the review of draft settlement agreements, and coaching in preparation for a mediation session or court appearance.
Services
Too often, the traditional court-based process of divorce makes a difficult situation worse. It heightens conflict. It takes away your power to make decisions. And it makes your personal matters public. Consulting and coaching services for individuals who are in mediation with other mediators. Camille was admitted to the California Bar in 2001 after receiving her J.D. from the University of California at Hastings.
Your choice of how to proceed will determine the fundamental nature of your experience and its impact on your life now and in the future. No one wants to divorce. But if you are nevertheless facing that path, you are free to choose to do your divorce differently by choosing mediation or collaboration.
Collaborative law is another alternative to the adversarial litigation process with each party in a collaborative dispute resolution represented by a separate attorney. Unlike in mediation, each party in a collaborative dispute resolution is represented by a separate attorney. This is a good option for those who feel individual legal advocacy is necessary.
Conflict over co-parenting is one of the most difficult in family law, because the stakes are so high. It can leave both parents feeling angry, hurt, and powerless. I provide a way to fairly resolve these conflicts that allows for you to have more control over the final outcomes, and the room for a more nuanced approach than courts do.
As a mediator or collaborative attorney, I help clients negotiate premarital ("prenuptial") agreements. The same goes for unmarried couples who wish to live together but first want to put a legal agreement into place about how they manage shared expenses and jointly-owned investments, such as real estate or other assets.

Camille is a fantastic family law attorney who played a key role in helping me transition from a complicated postnup to a divorce settlement. In the course of 2 years, Camille provided me thorough guidance and invaluable insights about my legal rights, which restored my confidence and saved me from making bad decisions. Camille was great at listening to my needs and advising me on how to best proceed to meet my goals. Camille also offered me moral support beyond what I could ever expect from an attorney. I am very grateful for all the support she provided me and highly recommend her to anyone seeking
