Services
My primary interest in therapy has been in helping people to find and be their true "self". This means looking at who you really are, the relationships you are in, and what stops you from having the life you want. I see therapy as a process of self-discovery: a careful, supportive exploration of how you act, think, feel, and relate to others today and how those all have been affected by your life experiences.

I brought my child here because he was struggling in school and we suspected ADHD. They have the best testing for ADHD. I have compared them to other places and you can't beat the price. Plus the therapists I met were so nice. I immediately felt comfortable bringing my child there. Would definitely recommend this place if your child needs ADHD testing or treatment!

This place is great. Very affordable ADHD testing. There are a team that work on it together. They gave me a lengthy and detailed report for my son explaining the issue he is having. His school needed a report and most other places charge an arm and a leg. Now that he has this diagnosis we will be bringing him back to this place for treatment. I am very happy with the services my son received.

I never thought counseling would be for me. I never understood how it could help but once I began seeing Dr Nicole my thoughts completely changed. Counseling has helped me in so many ways. I have had the pleasure of working with Jojo both on a personal and professional level. She is definitely my go to when I am struggling and need guidance in any area of my life. Josephine, was my qualified supervisor after graduating with my Masters in Counseling. Throughout the 2 years of supervision I learned and grew so much clinically with her help and guidance. Nicole is amazing. She is kind, flexible, understanding and professional. It can be difficult to make the decision to get help from a therapist, but from our very first call, she made it easy. First of all this place is really beautiful. The office is cozy and warm. My therapist is Dr Nicole and she is the best. I’ve been seeing her for a few months now and she helped me tremendously so far. My relationship with my husband is a complete 180. We were about to get a divorce and decided to give it one last try with couples counseling and it was the best decision we ever made. As my supervisor, Dr. Rodriguez has helped me to navigate the licensing process with ease. She has been a tremendous support and has helped me in my work with my own clients.
