Tops Techs is the best IT service I have ever had. I am an 81 year old attorney who refuses to retire and a computer dinosaur. Robert Marley recently installed Windows 10 on a new touch screen computer, gave me a Windows 7 desktop and transferred all of my existing programs. Seamless. Robert is awesome! He is very knowledgeable, honest, professional and worked with me on figuring out my needs within my price point. Robert not only worked with me with a positive and friendly attitude, he also was flexible with my crazy schedule. He was on time and kept me up to date on his arrive time(s) and drop off. My law office has had a chance to work with Top Techs on several occasions. Each time we've worked with them it's been a great experience. Having IT problems can be a big pain and stressful, however, knowing that Top Techs is just a phone call (or email) away eases some of the stress when issues arise. Robert with Top Techs is knowledgeable and efficient. He is a straightforward guy and gets straight to the point.
