He knows mountain building techniques and limitations, having built hundreds of custom homes and completing countless remodeling projects.
Tim holds a Business degree from Western Carolina University. As a member of the Builder 20 Club of the National Association of Home Builders, he meets with, supports, and exchanges best practices with his peers from across the nation. Amy is the Office Manager of HomeSource Builders, as well as the HomeSource Design Center.

Don’t be fooled by this company’s sales pitch. If you want a custom, quality build, on time and within budget, you will NOT get it with Home Source Builders. They should stick to their cookie cutter know how. We had a terrible experience. It was a huge mistake signing their one-sided agreement. Terrible Asheville Builder!!! There are lots of horror stories similar to this about Tim scamming people. I hope this helps no one else make the same mistake.

HomeSource built our house in 2014 on time and within budget. Their follow up has been exceptional. I would recommend them to build or remodel without reservation. Having an established, reputable builder is extremely important. If a problem arises, you would want that kind of team to help you out and not take advantage.
