I’ve been shopping around for insurance for the last couple of days and State Farm seems to have the best rates and discounts. On top of that, the customer service from State Farm rep Leonard was incredible. He was also very patient with me as I was asking a LOT of questions. I would highly recommend State Farm if you are looking for better rates and service.

I called Gina to explain the notice I received increasing my homeowner's insurance. After explaining that, Gina said to let her know if there's anything else she could help me with, including refinancing my home. The mortgage company that I was dealing with applied over $3,000 that I paid to my principle instead of my property taxes. The same day I received the letter from State Farm, I received a letter from the mortgage company stating that they had placed my home in escrow, and, my mortgage would more than double! I’ve been with State Farm for years and I’ve always had pleasurable experiences. I can even remember riding with my parents as a child to go and speak with their agent and always getting some candy off their desk! As an adult, I’m pleased that not much has changed with this company. The hospitality is still a 10/10 and they make their customers feel like family.

Leonard was so helpful! And answered every question I had about my policy promptly and explained everything so well. Shopping for insurance is usually such a headache but he made sure everything went as smooth as easy as possible. I highly recommend him.
